As almost everyone seems to have some sort of site I plan only to include sites with at least the basic content of 'facilities, team, contacts, ethos/philosophy' on the UK page http://www.hospitalchaplain.com/htm/orgsdepts/UKorgs.htm
at some point it would be nice to have a comprehensive list- but who would this be for? If I can find it in Google- so can you! However, I will try to give some commentary on each site- so if someone is building or improving a site, they will have something to compare with (or copy from)...
